Perfect location by the arena, 20-minute walk or quick bus ride from train station. Well soundproofed building, even during busy crowd gatherings. Hot tub for relaxation and thoughtful welcome gift. Very helpful and communicative host. Clean, well-appointed apartment. Highly recommended.

The room had a private bathroom with a hot tub, which was absolutely amazing! It was so relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. I felt like I was in my own little spa!

Personally, I didn't really use the hairdryer provided in the room. But hey, some people might find it useful!

The room here was spacious, the location was fantastic being close to the city center and the Arena di Verona, I didn't want to leave and I'm already looking forward to returning.

The host, Leonardo, was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing us with great recommendations for sights. The apartment itself was well soundproofed, quiet, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this unique and centrally located hotel for a memorable stay in Verona.

The location was perfect, right in the centre yet peaceful. the apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. the jacuzzi was a great feature. the owners provided extra bedding and coffee capsules. Highly recommended for those travelling by car.

We had the most amazing stay at this lovely apartment in Verona. The location was fantastic, right next to the arena and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The bath in the apartment was gigantic and added a special touch to our romantic getaway. We loved the fact that the apartment had a well-appointed kitchen, and the little pizza place downstairs was a great bonus. The host was super helpful and accommodating, great to drop our bags off early. this was the best place we stayed during our trip to Italy. We highly recommend it!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the electric kettle in the room. I prefer having a coffee machine for a fresher brew.
